Answer
The competitive force models have four concepts which are new market entrants, substitute product and services, suppliers and customer. Soundbuzz company in term of product and service, they improving their service by create the technology that is MP3 player format which allowed them able selling music in their website. Soundbuzz also started to threat the music video contents which never treated online before; they launched ISPS Billing System which is convenience customers for doing the payment when bought the product on their website. In term of concept of the customers, Soundbuzz face and responded to situation when B2B Model which is already abandon, because they found that customer behavior are seeking to download music freely and make much margin when launch B2C Model, so their change other alternative business as their customers.

The acquisition of Soundbuzz allows Motorola to expand Motomusic beyond China, into India, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand, because Motorola has more than two years’ experience delivering mobile music to customer through this partnership, its represents management current judgment of future event. Motorola and Soundbuzz will be cooperating which is will seek a big risk and uncertainties that could cause actual results; they have to consider the future financial and so on. It is depending on how the way they cooperate with each other.

Answer
No, because Soundbuzz didn’t do the right decision when making the partnerships with Motorola due to the company failed to manage its own cellphone business (poor management and decision making), other than that , Sondbuzz had less extensive music collection and its only supported the internet explorer browser which is keep out a lot of users.
Soundbuzz shall support the popular browser like Google Chrome, Opera and Safari for expand its music collection and attract more users. Since most internet user are no more using internet explorer due to it slow performance.   

Soundbuzz shall learn from iTunes on how to provide a service without ever making an online digital purchase, gives away new content every week, so that user don’t have to buy anything and expanding their music collection.
